An extensive customer satisfaction survey has been undertaken in conjunction with Microsoft and TNS on behalf of Concise IT.
We regularly evaluate our performance and are delighted that this year's results show the following:
100% Customer Satisfaction Rate (92% very satisfied, 8% satisfied)
100% Customer Likely to recommend
100% Customer Likely to repurchase
100% Customer Rated themselves as ‘Very Loyal’ to Concise IT
Currently, our Customer Retention Rate stands at 99.4% for Supported IT Customers (which is at it's highest ever level).
