How Support Bank Enterprise Works...

The customer buys a ‘bank’ of time that can be used for a wide range Concise IT premium services on an ad hoc basis.

Support Bank allows you access to a team of highly trained staff, qualified to implement the outlined solution.

Premium services include:

  • VMware Installations using VMware Standard or VMware Enterprise
  • VMware Installations using Virtualcentre Management Server
  • Microsoft Enterprise Products and above
  • Microsoft and/or VMware Clustering Technologies
  • Complex SAN Deployments (All Fibre Channel and Fibre Channel Array Technologies)
  • Complex DR Provisions involving any of the Concise IT Supported Technologies
  • Complex Double Take Installations
  • Complex Datacentre Deployments involving any of the Concise IT Supported Technologies
  • Servicedesk, Remote* and On-site Support of the above solutions

*Remote Support is optional. Requires additional purchase of remote support software & installation upgrade.

The more hours purchased, the lower the equivalent hourly rate.
