Code of Practice

Concise IT has a proven track record of providing quality, tailored IT and telecoms solutions to a wide variety of UK companies for over 20 years. We are committed to giving adequate information on our products and services, as well as ensuring issues are dealt with fairly and efficiently, should they arise.

We have produced two documents, in accordance with industry requirements, for our domestic and business customers:

General Condition 14 (GC14)

Concise IT complies with the General Conditions set by Ofcom and has established procedures to, amongst other things, handle complaints and resolve disputes; should they arise. General Condition 14 (GC14) is the relevant condition for complaint handling and dispute resolution.

Code of Practice

The purpose of this Code of Practice is to ensure that we follow best practice when dealing with our customers. This document provides information on a range of topics such as products and services, terms and conditions, billing and faults. It also clearly outlines how to contact Concise IT to obtain support or to notify us of any issues or complaints you may have.

Customer Complaints Procedure

Our complaints procedure aims to:

  1. Be easily available, well-publicised and simple to use
  2. Show clearly how a complaint will be dealt with, by whom and by when
  3. Respect confidentiality
  4. Be impartial
  5. Make recommendations to avoid future complaints
