Salary negotiable dependant on experience
We are looking for a 1nd/2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer, to support systems on our busy service desk handling both 1st and 2nd line calls covering both Microsoft desktop, Server technologies and Networking.
The role involves Monitoring customers systems using an in house bespoke monitoring system. Logging calls and closing call within predefined customer SLA’s. Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
Minimum 2 years experience in a technical support role or similar Hands-on networking and Microsoft skills are also essential. A Good Knowledge of MS Desktop and Server Technologies· Good understanding of TCP/IP.
