For IT problems that can be solved over the phone and to provide you with an all round support service we provide a dedicated telephone number for you to log any issues. You will have a dedicated trained help-line advisor who will deal with all your network support issues in one phone call. All calls are logged and an email / status report is sent once your call has been made. Any problems you may have are rectified quickly.
Unlimited Remote Management of your Server(s)
The provision of remote management to support your IT systems to prevent any problems arising. Your business's critical systems will be constantly monitored and often proactively fixed to ensure less downtime in your company.
The secure remote management system will fix approximately 94% of problems that may occur to servers and desktops on the network and means there is no need for an on-site engineer and no need for your business to grind to a halt.
It also covers the full management of all server based permissions and securities.
Unlimited on-site IT support
For IT problems that can't be solved over the phone you will have a dedicated trained IT technician who will deal with all your network support issues on your business premises.
Unlimited Remote Management of Workstations
The support provided remotely will control all administrative and operating systems relating to individual workstations and servers and will support problems on applications such as Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL servers.
Six monthly pre-emptive maintenance visits
To ensure your systems are running at peak efficiency we will pre-arrange a date to visit and carry out various tasks, including, cleaning out temporary files and cleaning out service packs, also correcting any errors reported on our event logs. This list of on-site half yearly tasks is extensive and will also depend upon the information we have received from software manufacturers.
NetESP 24/7 server, backup and internet monitoring connectivity
Any internet connectivity that is supplied by and billed by Concise IT is monitored to ensure that your business stays connected with as little problem as possible. The internet is a vital business tool for online sales and emails and we ensure it is supported extremely well. We will ensure that your server is backed up and all information retained forever.

Asset Management
Understanding that the software and hardware you have invested in is providing a good ROI and that your IT resources are being used efficiently is very important. Concise IT support tags all equipment which we support to assist us when your company place a support call. We provide ID reports to assist you with your asset management to inform you of the equipment you have on-site and what is being utilized.
Warranty Co-ordination
All your hardware comes with manufacturers warranties to cover it in case it goes wrong, however, it is not always clear if you do have a problem whether it is the software or the hardware that is causing it. Concise IT will identify the problem for you and liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to ensure the problem is fixed quickly and efficiently. We will keep a log of all your manufacturers' agreements.
No travel time & expenses charge
We do not charge for any of our engineers / consultants expenses or travel costs for work that is carried out.
Reduced rate for consultancy services
Should you need consultancy or advise on other aspects that do not fall within the TNS+ network support package we will give you a 15% discount for our consultancy services.
Preferential Pricing for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Services
To provide you with complete peace of mind, should your IT systems go down, we will take responsibility of fixing the issue in the fastest possible time. If necessary, we can provide your key members of staff access to a fully equipped office so they can continue to work and run the business.
Should you have our TNS+ support contract we will also be able to pass your company a generous discount on this service.
Enhanced Priority Response Service Level Agreement (SLA)
There are some IT issues that are more crucial than others in terms of the running of your organization. In order to ensure the most important are dealt with first we have a variety of service levels.
Company's who have a TNS+ support contract with Concise IT receive the highest priority service levels available.

Extended Cover (8.00am to 6.00pm)
You will enjoy extended IT support cover to meet the needs of all demanding businesses. This service is available Monday – Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). There is an option to upgrade if you wish to include full support, 24/7, 365 days of the year.
Myhelpdesk interactive IT support
You will be provided with a dedicated email address and telephone number including a password protected webpage that will give you direct contact with our team of technical help-desk staff saving time and speed with response times on issues.
E-policy Assistance
The use of your internet and email resources as a business tool is important and misuses can be costly (in productivity and possible litigation against your company). If required, we can provide advice and pre-written policies to help you control the use of your email and internet.
Software rebuilds of desktop PC's and notebooks
If we decide that a desktop or PC Notebook needs a software re-build to solve a support issue we will carry the work out on our site within 5 full working days of receiving the piece of equipment.
Server Rebuild Service (9am – 5pm)
This is included within our support services and is relevant if a server problem that is reported means that the only way to resolve the issue is to re-build the server. To do this would not cost extra as long as this was carried out within the above office hours.
Standby desktop & notebook hardware
If you have a notebook or desktop that has developed a hardware fault which cannot be rectified by the manufacturer immediately, Concise IT can provide the loan of a similar unit whilst you are waiting for your repair to be complete.
Support for Windows Based Mobiles and PDA's installed by CIT
We know that the workforce of today is extremely mobile and therefore, we provide support for issues relating to windows based mobiles and PDA's that Concise IT have installed.
Incident cover for Virus & Spyware Infections
The risk from a virus that can damage your network should not be underestimated. This is a constant and ever-changing threat. We will help you to minimize the risk of a virus attacking your network by closely monitoring all attacks and activities closely.
As long as your company has the minimum specified virus protection in place to protect your network we will provide any support or advice you require relating to virus and spyware infections.
Monthly NetESP & Microsoft Update Reports
Your network needs to be constantly tested and updated to keep it secure and this in itself is a task. We will remotely install updates to your network from security to critical and office updates which will be uploaded to all devices on your network monthly. These will be updated once we have applied the updates to our test network to ensure they are safe. You will be issued with a monthly report to outline what new updated changes have been applied to your network.
Quarterly Performance, Support Call & Service Level Report / Review
We will provide you with quarterly reports to give you a comprehensive summary which will help you see the amount of work that has been carried out by Concise IT along with the health and maintenance of your network. These reports should also serve to help you optimize the performance of your network and will provide excellent information for any future IT resources.
